Comfortable room for one (1) non-smoking male, in the world's largest city, four blocks from the palace of Bellas Artes. New futon or real double bed for sleeping; sheets, pillows, towels provided. Large shared bath. In the Center of México City, overlooking the main North-South street, with many transportation options (trolleybus, metro, metrobus, taxis, walking). Many shops, restaurants, markets, supermarkets, tourist attractions in the vicinity. Neighborhood is mixed businesses and residences and very safe, day and night. Apartment is on the 4th floor, without elevator; even though it is on the main street, it is quiet. Room is clean, orderly. No internet access available in room, but many cybercafés nearby (high-speed for $ .80 usd per hour or less). Local telephone calls free. Does not include breakfast, but you can use refrigerator to store food items. No pets allowed. I can provide information about Mexico City places of interest. I travel frequently, so reservations are best 2-6 months in advance; I do not offer use of the space when I am traveling outside of México City. advance reservations are always necessary. I speak Spanish, English, French, some Dutch, and some Arabic. No free parking...but paid parking is available nearby (1/2 block). Maximum stay is 3-7 days. Apartment is in downtown Mexico City, near la Torre Latinoamericana and main Post Office, specifically near the intersection of Eje Central Lázaro Cárdenas and Calle República de El Salvador, about 6 blocks from the Alameda Central and 5 short blocks from Bellas Artes. Nearest Metro is 1 block away...Metro San Juan de Letrán. Metro bus, line 4, at the door.
